Welcome!
What’s Erica Eatin
Hi! I’m Erica. I have three daughters who keep my step count over 7k without ever leaving the house or getting on the tread. I’m obsessed with #peloton, am a chocoholic, will never give up my🍷, and can be found eating🧀 almost every day! I love feeling strong, moving my body, and encouraging new friends to try new forms of fitness (I especially love flipping anti-runners into runners). While my professional experience is in nutrition/wellness, a lot of my conversations are based on my personal experience. Thanks for following my journey and I hope you will share your thoughts and experiences too!
